As Adult Link once you've gotten the Biggoron Sword, go to the Lost Woods and find the lone Skull Kid. Kill him and collect the large orange rupee , repeat if necesarry.
Get Rupees Quickly
1.Catch a Bug in a Bottle
2.Release it and more bugs will come with it
3.Try to catch them all to fill up four bottles with bugs
4.Go to either Kakoriko Village or the Market and sell them to the people who "want something with C"
5.Give the person 3 bottles of bugs, each one will earn you 50 rupees
6.Repeat from step one until you hav as much money as wanted
