Pokemon Floats, Big Blue, Fourside, and Brinstar Levels
Play 50, 100, 150, and 200 versus matches. You will get a random level for each 50 matches you play.

Alternate Music
Hold down L and R in multiplayer mode and select a stage while keeping the buttons down until the match starts. This may not work on all stages,

Beat all 51 Events.

All-Star Mode
Unlock all of the characters to get All-Star mode, which has less health items than normal.

Pikmin Trophy
